Question : Iseries OSV5R4 PM eserver iSeries telephone number
Currently under the Iseries Customization screen where you can input an Iseries Telephone number we have T18005475497, but this number when called by our modem does not connect and we get a your call can not be completed as dialed, please check the number message.... We get this even when I call the 18005475497 from a regular phone line. This leads me to believe the phone number our AS-400 is using to connect to IBM to send Alarms and data isn't correct. Can anyone help me with what phone number should be in there, IBM is no help and transfers me around to people. It's a simple question, which phone number needs to be in our system to call out to IBM through the modem to send them data from the PM 400 server jobs? This one is obviously incorrect. Thanks

Assuming United States:
For 9600 baud, try 1-800-527-8207 for eastern, and 1-800-327-0949 for west.
For 19200 baud, try 1-800-237-8804 for eastern, 1-800-525-2834 for west.
