Question : MS Access SQL

Hi,
newbie to SQL, so need some help please!

IM using MS Access 2003!

Ive got 2 tables, each with different data in, but some of it matches.
Ultimately they BOTH have the columns UserID and MgrID in them.

MasterTable is the main one and has everyone in it, SecondTable has lots of the same as MasterTable but also some new entires, not found in Master

So i want to do a query, that not only does a join of the tables, to show both the MgrID for each user from both tables. but also the additional missing users from teh SecondTable? i think this is a union?

Columns Required
User ID    -    MgrID      -     2ndTable MGR ID (if present)

So it MasterTable has 200 users and SecondTable has 100 users.
If 50 users from SecondTable are in MasterTable.
I want to see a new table that has 250 IDs in it, plus the extra info from when IDs are in both columns?
