Question : Google Apps Premier Outlook 2003 configuration problem

We have signed up for Google Apps premier.  We have run the Outlook Migration tool and all the email from the Outlook accounts has been successfully imported to their respecitive gmail accounts.  Most people will use Gmail in web browser.  However, some will have to use Outlook 2003.  I have confirmed that the outlook setup is correct and we receive email, but I am unable to send email  I keep getting asked to set up a local profile.  When I do that, incoming email is delivered to the local PST not the gmail account.  I don't want that.  How do I have just have the google imap account.  Thanks in advance.
