Question : Outlook 2003 "Cannot create the item" error

When I try to click on a email address in an outlook message, I receive the error message "Cannot Create the item".  THis email address is embeded in the text of the email.  Can anyone point me in a direction to fix this problem?
I have attached word Doc with a picture of this situation, just to clarify.

- Did you add SCL to your junk folder recently if so try to rename the SCL.cfg file located  C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\FORMS\  then uninstall Outlook and reinstall

- if didn't try to add SCL recently so after clearing  the cache delete the file C:\Documents and Settings\fmkx5078\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\FORMS named FRMCACHE.DAT then uninstall Outlook and reinstall.

When you configured the SCL file, did you follow these instructions?
