Question : dc functions as root & enterprise crashed; what to do about root ca; new or try to backup

our main root ca and enterprise ca crashed. we have no backups, the dc will probably be manually removed.  what should i do about the ca?  just deploy a new one?  attempt to backup the old one on the server after dcpromo /forceremove and then install on new 2008 dc?

Ouch. Deploy a new one and revoke all certificates.
