first you must have in that case ALL documents (word, excel etc.) on file server in London.
On that server yuo can scheduled in task scheduler ie. DOS batch file witch is attached.
I used it for backup data to another server out of working hours on both servers, and on both server user apps with pass: apps must exist with rights to access files in all subdirectories.
