Question : Outlook redirect

User wants to cancel the re-direct from mailbox A into mailbox B(personal outlook inbox). In AD, I cannot find any tab with this function.

You need to check for the forwarder option as told by Theras2000 and see that its set to none..
Where are you checking ADUC, from a normal pc . If you system manager installed then it will not show these tabs,

Check directly from a Exchange 2k3 server. If you have Exchange 2k7 the find the mailbox and check the Delivery options there.
