Question : Internet Connection Window is Endlessly Busy

I can initially get into the Internet but the window remains busy. The blue circle just keep revolving and the script says Connecting. I can open a new window and successfully search on things. I can then close that window. The only way I can get out of the primary window is to cancel, overriding the message: "This window is busy. Closing it may cause some problems. Do you want to close it anyway?" I have to close it anyway. My system is now, on occasion, flashing a DOS screen saying that there is a system error and the system must shut down. It flashes so fast that I am unable to read the entire screen. Has anyone experienced this before and what do I do about it?

Answer : Internet Connection Window is Endlessly Busy

If you haven't already thoroughly scanned for Malware i recommend downloading & updating Malwarebytes anti-Malware, from here, & run in Normal mode:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

When installation has finished, make sure you leave both of these checked:
Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Click Finish then MBAM will automatically start.
