Question : Show Facebook friends list on website

Hello all,

Can someone please tell me how to show someones profile's friends in a webiste? It should be as a fanbox, but instead it should show the person's friends. I've googled a lot and I could not find a clear solution. It seems I have to create an app on facebook?
The facebook profile doesn't have any page, or app.
I just want to show the friends on the website.

The profile is http://www.facebook.com/gustavopetta.

The friends box will be in a joomla website, but any PHP or javascript code should do.
