Question : How to view my laptop with my blackberry?

This is me attempting a cheap way of getting a chartplotter for sailing. I have a Blackberry Curve 8520, and a Laptop (Packard Bell running Windows 7) that has a GPS connection and charting application. I woul like to have the Blackberry as a mobile version of the charting app by means of using as a viewer for the laptop. Is this possible?

you could try an rdp connection from the blackberry to the pc:

never used this software so could no say how good it is but i bet there are loads of the same type of apps out there for blackberrys.

i would say you could have some issues doing it this way but depends on connection ect, might be worth a play as i do not see any other way of doing what you have asked.
