Question : Basic SharePoint 2010 Workflow

Hi, I would like to build my first ever workflow in SharePoint 2010. I have Infopath, SharePoint 2010 Enterprise and SharePoint designer. I look at deisner and couldn't work out how to build a workflow. I am trying to do my first one based on a simple set of tasks triggered by completed items on assigned task lists. Does anyone know a simple way for me to do this? I have tried googling but didn't really get far. This is the task list in order:

SharePoint SOS Workshop Workflow
1.      Decide date for Workshop (on completion move to next task – notify organiser via email)
2.      Set date (on completion move to next task – notify organiser via email)
3.      Notify Database Administrator (on completion move to next task when workshop is 6 weeks away – automated from date – notify organiser via email)
4.      Select staff members (on completion move to next task – notify organiser via email)
5.      Book venue (on completion move to next task – notify organiser via email)
6.      Advertise workshop (on completion move to next task – notify organiser via email)
7.      Contact everyone on waiting list (on completion move to next task – notify organiser via email)
8.      Complete attendance list in SharePoint list
9.      Produce course manual (on completion move to next task – notify organiser via email)
10.      Get booklets ready
11.      Get handouts ready
12.      Review content with facilitators
13.      Allocate workshop activities to staff members on SP task list
14.      Organise initial screens
15.      Complete initial screens
16.      Reminder phone calls
17.      Print off attendance sheet
18.      Print off feedback forms
19.      Order food
20.      Pick up food
21.      Pick up course materials
22.      Complete workshop
23.      Staff debrief
24.      Enter attendance records
25.      Enter facilitator comments
26.      File all hard copy data
27.      Call all clients who requested further contact
28.      Note completion
