i try typing 'lounge' in tags

Is there an Ask New Question button?  If not:

Ask a new question in the Expert Lounge

Ask a new Question in the EE Lounge

Tags won't work unless you are already there.  You can navigate to the Lounges from the "Other" link at the top of the page.
