Question : Configure DHCP on Backup Domain Controller at Remote Site

I just built the backup domain controller 2008 at remote site including DNS, GC. GP. I want to configure DHCP on this DC so that if the main site is down, other remote site still have connection using this backup domain controller. Computer clients are using DHCP to obtain IP address. Could you provide me some resources how to do this task.
Thank you
