Question : MS CRM 4.0 user accounts cant run reports
Just recently our users can no longer run reports (that have worked the past) in the Dynamics CRM 4.0 at their workstations. The report comes up to the "Report Filtering Criteria" once you hit "Run Report" it acts like it is going to do something but nothing shows up with regards to an error but does not show the "Report is being generated" nor the green scrolling wheel.
We can however log onto the server and connect to crm and run these reports with no errors.
This appears to be a Kerberos issue but i may be grasping at straws. On the server you can browse to the
http://inhouse/reportserve
r
yet on the workstations any attempts to browse to that url it shows The permissions granted to user 'NCPROS\username' are insufficient for performing this operation. (rsAccessDenied)
Something was definately weird as I had to reinstall the SRSDataconnector before i could run the reports on the server.
