Question : Win Form User Interface Designing Help

Hi I have a .net application in C# Visual Studios 2008.
I am looking to get some ideas on how can I make it look better just using Visual Studio Controls.

I dont want to use 3rd Party controls like Telerik etc. Do you know where I can get some UI guides/Samples and Tips.
