Question : unable to install Exchange SP2 Update Rollup 4

I have recently updated my Exchange 2007 server to SP2 but I am unable to install the post SP2 update rollup 4.  I have tried this on two Exchange servers but get the same error.

Answer : unable to install Exchange SP2 Update Rollup 4

Managed to track down the issue to the version of Powershell installed.  The Exchange post SP2 update rollups don't install with Powershell version 2.0 installed, I uninstalled Powershell 2.0 (which is listed as Windows update KB968930), installed the Exchange update rollup, then reinstalled Powershell from Windows Update.
