Question : Windows SBS 2003 - Exchange / Active Directory Group

Good afternoon,

This is a weird one, we've got a distribution group All Staff which has Users in it so we can e-mail [email protected].

We have removed a users account from the Active Directory and the Group but now when we e-mail [email protected] we get a delivery failure for the removed user.

The user account doesn't exist anywhere nor is it in the group, any ideas what might cause this!?

Hello,

This is probably an issue with cached info within your outlook client, try to delete the cached auto complete entry and look up the list from the GAL again to see if that resolves the issue in the first instance.
