Question : Exchange 2007 Mail Archiving Options
I have an Exchange 2007 server running at a school. There are about 150 mailboxes. I'm looking for a low to no cost solution for mail archiving. I have seen several solutions out there such as mailarchiva that has a free version but it only runs on 2003 Exchange and the paid version is running a couple thousand dollars. Someone suggested forwarding copies of all mail to an account on the exchange server but I think that would really increase the workload on my server and not be very efficient. If anyone has some suggestions I would really appreciate it.
