Question : Best PC TV Channels or Web Sites

A interested in receiving internet based TV services either in Windows or Linux-either Fedora or Ubuntu-and would like information on the very best web sites or programs to receive it in the USA. I have tried a few which advertise thousands of channels but only a few channels work. Please inform me where to go for the best programming. I am looking for free services. I suggest using Boxee (www.boxee.tv). It will run on either windows mac or linux. I use Boxee at home. This pulls the latest 4 or five episodes from most non-premium tv shows. It uses Hulu and television networks streaming features. You can also add plugs for online content and stream Netflix content.
