Question : Crystal Report Viewer 2008

Dear Experts:
I have tested the Crystal Report Viewer 2008 and it works great.
I have the following questions on this product:
1) Is it  free?
2) Can you add prompt parameter for users to run the reports via CR viewer?
     For example: prompt users to select data range, or customer ID number, etc. before running the report.

Sorted alphabetically, the Min of (Negative, Postive and Same) is "Negative".

16,5000            2      Same            16,5000            05/06/2010
31,0000            2      Positive      20,0000            05/06/2010
21,0000            2      Same            21,0000            05/06/2010

Sorted alphabetically, the Min of (Positive and Same) is "Positive".


It will work.
