Question : IM (OCS 2007) not getting connected thru Blackberry..

Hi,
1 year back we configured OCS communicator (IM) availability and connectivity from Blackberry. it was working fine earlier but from last 2 days users reporting issues that they are not able to connect it and it says "unable to contact to the server"
Please help me on this ASAP. My blackberry is running on 5.0.1 and OCWA is running fine thru internal and external network.
