Question : USB DRIVE ERROR -- " Please insert a disk into drive O: "

I have a DataTraveler 120  8GB drive .

After i formatted it and then copied some files
 . and then plugged it again . it gave me an error
"Please insert a disk in drive O : "

i tried formatting in HP USB Storage format tool  but it did not do anything

it is shown in  Disk management  

i also tried changing drive letters but no effect

please help me
