Question : windows 2008 Hyper-V

Hi All,

 Im planning to use windows 2008 hyper-v, i have a new server with good amount of memory and SAN. I need to install exchange 2010 server an two more VM. can I know th best practise and how can I take online backup of my VM, currently i use veritas bckup exec 12.5.
