Вопрос : предмет не доступн потому что друг

Im работая на большом вебсайт с vb и asp using визуально студия 2010
Intelisense имеет мою подчеркиванную директиву страницы и говорит что предмет не доступн потому что друг. Я нашел это на месте microsofts. Но я не думаю он было мне нужно. rel= " nofollow " " _blank " " target= " http://support.microsoft.com/kb/814319 href= om/kb/814319 http://support.microsoft.c когда я щелкаю дальше формой я не видит никакие properities option.
Is там другая причина для этой ошибки?
