Question : Windows Media Player

In looking at my add/remove program list I notice that I have the following items and am wondering if that is normal.
Windows Media Format 11 Runtime - 11.17 MB
Windows Media Player 11                  11.17 MB

Is this correct?  The reason I ask is that I am having problems with WMP displaying any video but I think I figured out that I need to re-install the graphics card.

Answer : Windows Media Player

Windows media format 11 runtime, is a codec, that allows other media players to play windows formats. Such as WMA files. Mostly used when you do not want to install Media Payer Itself but still need to open WMA's. You could uninstall this, as you seem to have Media Player iteself already installed.
