Can I setup outlook to connect to an exchange server using a differant email account

example if I am logged onto a workstation as joe smith can he setup outlook to access the mailbox named jane smith

I have two computers that I logon as joe smith and I would like to continue that method but I would like to setup two seperate mailboxes for him
