Question : attachments in email msg

Hi I have a problem where any attachment I select to add into my email does not attach after the "subject" label before the body of the msg on the top left hand corner of the email. It attaches into the body of the email msg which I dont want, how can I change this so it attaches in after the "subject" and not part of the email body msg.

In Outlook 2003, don't use Rich text format for your new emails. Use either HTML or plain text.
Change this from menu Tools - Options - Mail Format.
