Question : How to mark the current line in a Excel spreadsheet?

Hi There,
One of my users is working i a very large Excel spreadsheet and looses regulary her way in the sheet. She is in urgent need for something like a ruler. De current row should have a different color then the non current rows. Some one has a solutions? Many thanks in advanced
