Question : server 2008R2 with Hyper V

Hi,

I have HP ML 350 G5 server with single quad E5000 CPU, 8G Ram, 4 X 146 GB SAS 10k and single 1 Giga NIC.
I would like to install 2008 R2 (Full, Not core) with the hyper v role, as the host OS.
than i'll set 3 new R2 servers. DC, Exchange 2010 and SQL 2008 R2, as the guest OS.
i have 10 workstation that going to use this server.
I'm not sure about the preformance i'll get .
i'll be happy to see some advises or ideas about the server design.
