Question : Crystal REports - Filter not working

I have hard coded SQL in the .rpt file at Command Line. One of the filed is Discharge Date. Then, I added the Date filter of Discharge Date = CurrentDate -1. The filter is NOT working. I can not figute it out why the filter is not working. Can someone please help me? Thx
