Hello - First thing I do when purchasing a new item is do review on the device. In your situation searching for the black box device in Google/Yahoo etc.. yielded minimal results. On the other hand the barracuda device came back with reviews, forum posts etc..
This can particularly be useful for after-sales support and just to give you a better idea how popular the device is.
I'm not too familiar with Black Box, Barracuda has been around for a while and most of they're products are great. I'm not saying you should either go with A or B just stating the facts..
