Question : Terminal Server:your interactive logon privilege has been disabled windows server 2008

Hello Experts,
I have a user that keeps getting this error when trying to logon to the terminal server. Other users are able to logon fine so I am not sure what the issue may be. I tried editing the MinEncryptionLevel from 2 to 0 in the registry but with no luck.

Have you checked the "Allow Logon to terminal server" check box on the Terminal Services Profile tab of their AD user account?
