okay first you should re-run the connect to internet wizard as this givesyou the ability to configure Pop3 collectors, SBS is designed to use the wizards and where ever possible this should be done.
1. Open Server managment (Start - Administrative tools - Server Management)
2. Click on "Internet and Email"
3. Click connect to the internet
4. Follow the prompts
Next have a look at the Exchange tracking to see whats happening with the message
1. Start - All programs - Microsoft Exchange - System Manager
2. Left pane - expand tools
3. Click on "message tracking centre"
4. Click on "Server" Button in right pane
5. Enter the name of your server
6. ensure your from and to dates match a period that you know it should have received a message.
7. Click "Find now"
you should see the message that has come in. You can double click the message to see the "Message history". If nothing obvious then take a screen shot and post it back here so that we can have a look for you.
Next check the POP3 collector settings
1. Start - All programs - Microsoft Exchange - System Manager
2. Expand "administrative groups - First administrative group - Routing groups - first routing group - connectors"
3. Left click on pop3 and select properties
4. Check all the settings in the three tabs.
If you have any problems with this then take some screen shots and post them back so that we can see what you have.
hopefully this should resolve your issue.
On a side note, POP3 collectors for exchange are a bad idea, and should only be used as a temorary measure until you can have email delivered directly to your exchange. The main reason behind this is that if the ISP pop3 message box gets a corrupted message then it can bring all your email to a halt. There are other reasons but this is the most common one that causes the most grief.
