Question : Excel 2003

I have a workbook with many worksheet, there's only one worksheet which doesn't allow insert, when I right click on the row I want to insert, the "Insert" option is gray out and I can't click on it. Please help.

You need to unprotect the worksheet.

Tools -> Protection -> Unprotect
