Question : Dell Precision BIOS

Hello Experts,

Does anyone know how to recover a BIOS on a Precision 370? I tried to update the BIOS by flashing it from Windows and upon reboot it does not even POST. I know it is the BIOS because prior to it, the computer worked fine. I can't even log into anything or boot into DVD or USB.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
