Question : Combo Box - displays Number instead of text

experts, I have a combo box that displays the "Number" and not the "text".  
The field is [EndUserID]
How can I get it to display the "text" and not the "number"?

row source:
SELECT [Open Projects].ID, [Open Projects].EndUserID, [Open Projects].[Project Name] FROM [Open Projects] WHERE ((([Open Projects].ID)<>Nz([Form]![ID],0))) ORDER BY [Open Projects].EndUserID;
