Question : *Warning: System BOOT Fail*

My PC has the following technical Characteristics :

Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe (3 PCI, 2 PCI-E x1, 2 PCI-E x16, 4 DDR2 DIMM, Audio, Dual Gigabit LAN, IEEE-1394)
AMD Athlon 64, 2200 MHz (11 x 200) 3500+
2GB RAM
VGA ATI ASUS HD 5570 1GB DDR3 128BIT (P/N 90-C1CNY0-L0UAN0BZ)
POWER SUPPLY 450W Golden Silent, Model 400U-SGSA (in the attached pic i have the power supply details).

I have recently upgrade the memory from 1GB to 2GB and the graphic card.

I have installed Windows 7 and when i make restart i get the following error :

*Warning: System BOOT Fail*
Your system last boot fail or POST interrupted
Please enter setup to load default and reboot again.
F1 to continue
DEL to enter Setup


I have tryed to enter the bios and reset to default, it didnt help.

Any help ;

sorry for the delay, i was outside for all the w-e.
Here the latest version of your Bios (Stable version) (in yellow - Version 1701)
1-Click the link below

2- Click on Global(DLM) and enter the "printed letter" and download the zip file
3- Click on the link bellow
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?model=M2N-SLI%20Deluxe&f_name=AWDFLASH118.zip&f_type=21&os=17
4- Click on Global(DLM) link and enter the "printed letter" and download the zip file
5- unzip all file ( the .bin and .exe file)
6- Create a bootdisk ( you can create with a floppy disk at the known website bootdisk.com

7-Put a floppy disk and double click on the last downloaded file (bootdisk) and it will create for you the boot disk.
8- Put the file that you extracted on #5 on the floppy disk and boot on it with the problematic pc's.
9- on the command line, type: AWDFLASH.EXE M2N-SLI-Deluxe-1701.bin
10- Accept if exist the proces
11- Press enter and DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR PC
