Right-click your database and choose Tasks > Backup. Change the destination as appropriate. Click the Options page. If you want to append or overwrite your backups, choose as necessary. Then, don't hit ok, click the arrow the right of "Script" at the top of the window and choose "Script Action to new query window".
This will give you a basic backup script that you can modify as necessary.
