can you tell how good is the encryption through the above technology, and how fail-proof it is, especially for emails.

It uses AES-256, which is a FIPS-compliant algorithm for encryption. It's good enough for Bank of America to use, even with all the federal regulations on encryption. Several federal agencies use it as well. And it's easy to deploy and administer.
