Question : How do i get back administrative permissions on project server 2007?

i took my username off of admin group permissions in project server 2007, and I thought i left farm admin.  however, both user accounts will not fully open Server Settings to display users and groups and etc.. farm admin is in central admin under farm and site collection admins and so is my username.  any suggestions?  thanks.

i figured it out.  apparently, i had a local account and a domain account, in which, i was choosing the wrong one.  thanks a lot anyways. Cheers!!!
