Question : Problem exporting from Act 2008 to Excel 2010
I have a client with ACT 2008 and Office 2010. The option to export from ACT's List views is disabled (greyed out) for Excel. I have checked the sage website, and the user has standard privileges, has full access to the network location of the ACT database, UAC is off (as much as it can be on Windows 7), and is attempting to export from a list view.
Other users have Win 7 with Office 2007, and the export works fine.
Is this an issue of Compatibility? Does ACT 2010 export to Excel 2010 without issues?
Answer : Problem exporting from Act 2008 to Excel 2010
ACT! 2010 doesn't support Excel 2010 yet... ACT! 2011 (due next month) definitely will
