Question : 100% height div even when scrolling

Hi,
I have a div that has a backgound image that repeats 100% of the height of the page.
However if you make the browser window smaller so that a scroll bar appears, then scroll down, it cuts the bottom of the div off. I'd like the div to continue down 100% of the height of the screen.

It won't work unless your network admin configures RPC over HTTP proxy.  So my guess is that they didn't and won't.  Therefore I suggest you  try as I have suggested here http:#33264158
