Question : Schtasks.exe keeps executes every 30 seconds

I am sure this is a virus because it is happening to more than one of our computers.   It just keeps building up schtasks.exe in the task manager until the machine freezes.    I cannot find anything on the Internet that can tell me what would cause it.  I have run Bitdefender scans, AntiMalware scans and it finds or fixes nothing.    Rebooting and it starts up after bootup.    It beeps the computer every time also.    I am not sure where to look for an answer.   Just looking for someone to point me in the right direction.
