Question : Where do I find an interactive mapping software that can place pushpin locations on a map, with a logo in the balloon

I'm looking for a program that will allow me to pinpoint multiple addresses (around 100 that I have on an excel file) onto a map with pushpins, while at the same time displaying a tag balloon that has the project name, address, and a logo in it.  I tried using Microsoft Mappoint but the balloons are large blocks that cover everything up and they are incapable of handling pictures in them.  I was wondering if there is a different type of software out there that is more specialized to what I want to do, and has a better ability to customize the balloons that come off the push pins.
