Question : Modify a group of cells on a entire spreadsheet

I have a problem regarding a spreadsheet. A lot of cells have a data in them ofcourse. The data looks like this. 7-3 but, I need to add data to the range of cells. I need to add BT- the beginning and NON to the end of the data. So, it will look like this. BT- 7-3 NON but, there is another problem. Some of the data looks like this 14-33 so I would need BT- 14-33 NON but, the total number of length cannot exceed 11 characters so in this case it would be BT-14-33NON the spaces need to be deleted.
