Question : ColdFusion Javascript transactions

Hello Experts!

I'm looking to create a dynamic transaction with 3 pre-populated fields that can be changed and pass the results as separate and sum numbers.

500 + 300 + 1000 = 1800

The 1st three numbers are called from a database and can be changed manually. The sum would be updated perhaps with a "recalculate" button.
Can anyone help wit this?
