Question : Blackberry Tour not always staying in sync with Exchange.

I'm using BES express and Exchange 2010.  I have 5 users with Blackberry Tour phones, all have been using email for about 2 months.  Last night they all stopped receiving emails, text messaging working fine.  This morning I rebooted the BES server and made sure all the services were running.  Did not help.  I rebooted the exchange server, did not help.  I tried to send an email from my phone to myself, it worked and instantly my phone was synced with exchange.  Things seemed to work normally for about an hour or so, my blackberry stays in sync with exchange.  Then my phone stops receiving emails until I send another email from it, then it syncs up again.

Hi David,

This means that the accounts that you are setting up for blackberry's do not have the correct permissions in them. All of the accounts that need blackberry will need to have 'send as' and 'recieve as' permissions given to the BES admin account in order for them to work, change the permissions and make sure that they are being inherited and are being applied to the accounts which require blackberries
