Question : Any file types restricted on SharePoint?

1) By default, does SharePoint restrict any specific file type to be uploaded to a Document Library?

2) Is there a way to control which file types can be uploaded to a Document Library?

The problem were in HW FW. At one point I filled wrong IP address to WAN IP Object.
