Question : Win 7 - Need to uninstall assembly file manually. Access Denied

Hi,
There is an assembly file in windows/assembly that I need to uninstall.
When I right click and select uninstall I get access denied.
I have tried running windows explorer as administrator with no luck.

How do I remove this file?
