Question : extracting rows from a sheet to a sheet

I have 1 excel file with 3 sheets, sheet1, sheet2, sheet3.

sheet 3 has a 5 letter code (abcde) on row 'A'

and sheet 1 & 2 also have a 5 letter code on row 'A'

I wish to extract the rows in sheet 1&2 where the code in row 'A' on sheet 3 match.

please press the button on sheet3, to create a macro you need to get into the developer's tab in 07/10 versions of excel or the drop down menu in 03.  from there you can either record a macro or press the visual basic editor and write one from scratch.
